Frequently Asked Questions

1. Why should I buy/subscribe to a Sweet Pea Scraps kit?
We are offering a large quantity (12) of patterned papers and Bazzill or Prism cardstocks (10) and embellishments in the hottest styles that coordinate perfectly! You can easily make 6-14 pages with our kits - perfect for those of us scrapping for several kids and a family album. Plus we guarantee you’ll love our selections. (see #2)
2. What if I don’t like the kit?
When you preview the upcoming kit if you don’t care for what we are offering that month just let us know by the 1st of the month and we will not bill your card for that month. When you effectively “skip” a month that will lengthen your membership by one month.
3. I just signed up … now what?
If the current monthly kit is still available we will ship that kit to you as soon as we process your credit card. If the current monthly kit is no longer available your subscription will begin with the following month’s kit.
4. How can I pay and when am I billed?
You may pay with American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or Paypal. We will charge your credit card when we ship your kit out. If Paypal invoices are not paid by the 10th of the month we reserve the right to sell your kit to someone else.
5. When do you ship out the kits?
We will ship our kits out between the 1st and 7th of each month.
6. What if my shipping or billing information changes?
Just send us an e-mail at sweetpea@sweetpeascraps.com and we will update your account.
7. What if I need to cancel my subscription?
Please let us know by the 25th of the month prior to cancellation (for example let us know June 25th that you do not want the July kit). You will be billed the difference between the months you received and the one month single purchase option. If you have received at least 3 kits of a 6 month subscription you will be billed the difference between the 6 month and 3 month subscription.
8. My kit arrived damaged?
Yikes! Yes this happens sometimes. Just let us know within 4 days of receiving your damaged shipment and we will send you a new kit. We will pay postage for you to return the damaged kit. You will not be charged postaged for the new kit being sent out. Special considerations may apply for international orders.
9. Do you ship internationally?
Absolutely! That’s one of our favorite aspects of scrapbooking - the universality of the craft. Kristin has lived in Sweden and the Czech Republic and spends time at the family cabin in Canada. With friends scattered across the globe I’m happy to take the extra effort it requires for international shipments. Just let us know where you are and we will calculate the extra shipping costs. Shipping to Canada is $9.50 and shipping to the rest of the world is $18.00 for one kit. If you are purchasing additional products the shipping will be more. Please contact us for shipping rates to other regions.
10. Can I prepay for my entire subscription?
Yes. Just let us know that you preferred to be charged for your entire 3 or 6 month subscription with your first kit and we will charge your entire subscription with shipping included.
11. Do you offer gift certificates?
Yes just contact us at sweetpea@sweetpeascraps.com and let us know which subscription you prefer, 3 months or 6 months, and how you would like to pay, monthly or all at once. We will send a card to the recipient when we have received your order.
12. How do you ship my merchandise?
We ship via USPS priority mail within the United States. Shipping within the US is $7.00 per month. We ship via air mail internationally. Canada is $9.50 and all other international shipping is $18.00 for one kit.
